The Blue Winged Parrotlet at it's native location the Savannahs of Beni, Bolivia. Common along the road side and even in Trinidad's central square. The nest in the photo was made by a Rufus Hornero. The parrotlets either use old Hornero nests or evict the Horneros before they even get a chance to nest. Fiesty little buggers. Don took the shot in the central plaza in Trinidad Bolivia.
