Quaker Parakeet "Gizmo"
Giz as he is affectionately called, talks up a storm. He is a one person bird, but extremely intelligent. He was hatched in 1990 and is a hand-me-down bird with at least two homes before he came to the Hideaway. He has been here since 1992.

Severe Macaw "Junior"

Junior my Severe Macaw was won at a bird club Raffel in 1993. His vocabularly is large and he is a fully flighted house pet. He is so much fun and company for me. .

Jenday Conure "Jake"
Jakie is a 5 year old Jenday (as of 1999) that was bought for breeding and when he arrived he took a liking to me so he remained a pet. I have tried him with two females and he said "no thank you". Jake barks like my dog. Say's "Hello". .

Sun Conure "Clydette"
This is Clydette a Sun Conure hatched here in January, 1999 and is staying with me. He is a baby from my first Sunny Clyde whom I carried around in my T shirt until she was 5 years old. She went everywhere with me. Then I found her a mate and Clydette is one of her special kids. I have Harry too from her

Poodle "Dillon"
This is Dillon a rescue poodle. He was a year old in May, 1999. He is a sweet intelligent dog and loves the birds. .
